Family Day Care provides small group education and care for children birth to 12 years of age in the safe, comfortable home environment of registered Family Day Care educators. 

Family Day Care operates under the same National Quality Framework (NQF) as other forms of child care; incorporating National Regulations, quality and qualification standards, education frameworks as well as an assesment ratings process.
